College Park Skyhawks Announce Training Camp Schedule and Roster

Excitement Builds as Skyhawks Prepare for Training Camp Ahead of the Upcoming Season

College Park, Ga.- The College Park Skyhawks have officially set the stage for their upcoming training camp, which promises to be a thrilling prelude to what’s expected to be an action-packed season. Media Day, scheduled for Wednesday, November 8th, at 2 p.m., will kick off the festivities at the Emory Sports Medicine Complex.

The training camp, running from October 30th to November 10th, will be instrumental in honing the team’s skills and fostering a sense of camaraderie. Here’s a breakdown of the schedule:

Monday, Oct. 30: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at State Farm Arena practice court

In addition to the training camp schedule, the Skyhawks have unveiled their roster, featuring a mix of returning players, affiliate players, local open tryout participants, and fresh talent acquired in the recent NBA G League Draft. Familiar faces like Tyson Etienne, Trent Forrest, and Chris Silva, who had a successful stint with the Skyhawks in the 2022-23 season, are back. Joining them are Jarkel Joiner, Seth Lundy, Miles Norris, and David Singleton, who all represented the Skyhawks during the 2023 NBA2K24 Las Vegas Summer League.

Furthermore, the Skyhawks made significant additions during the 2023 NBA G League Draft, welcoming Javonte Perkins from Saint Louis University, Jared Wilson-Frame from Pittsburgh, and Sam Daniel from Florida Tech.

Skyhawks General Manager Daniel Starkman said, “Our staff is excited to get started with training camp this week, and we believe this group will provide high-level competition. The Skyhawks will commence their regular season with a matchup against the Raptors 905 in Toronto on November 12th. The two-game series will tip off at 2 p.m. ET on the 12th and follow up with a 7 p.m. ET game on the 14th.

For fans eagerly anticipating the action, the Skyhawks will host the Capital City Go-Go for back-to-back games on Saturday, November 18th, and Sunday, November 19th, at the Gateway Center Arena.
