Uncasville, CT (August 11, 2023) – Today, the Connecticut Sun announced that the organization is teaming up with the Jr. Celtics to host a basketball clinic. The clinic, for girls in grades 3-8, will be held at Mohegan Sun Arena on August 24 from 8:00-9:30 AM EST. All skill levels are welcome.

Participants will learn new concepts and skills to take their game to the next level from the Sun’s youth basketball and Jr. Celtics Academy coaches and staff in a 90-minute on-court session. The clinic will focus on various aspects of basketball including skill development, teamwork, and character building; and the morning of learning will be capped off with the Connecticut Sun’s game against the New York Liberty at 7:00 PM.

The clinic will cost $75 plus a transaction fee. All participants will receive a complimentary ticket and 50% off additional tickets to the game that night against the Liberty, a Connecticut Sun t-shirt, and a Connecticut Sun swag bag. Registration is now open.
