Johnson led Seattle with 23 points, five rebounds and three assists, while Natisha Hiedeman added 15 points, six rebounds, four assists and three steals. Jade Melbourne contributed 11 points and four assists, and Katie Lou Samuelson scored nine points on three made three-pointers.
Los Angeles was led by Dearica Hamby, who finished with 17 points and four rebounds. Nneka Ogwumike added 14 points and 11 rebounds, while Kate Martin chipped in eight points and six rebounds.
Seattle controlled the game with balanced scoring and defensive pressure, pulling away for an 18-point win.
