Georgia Tech UPSETS #4 Miami!!! Post-Game Press Conference Coach Brent Key Talks About the win!

Georgia Tech delivered a monumental upset over #4 Miami, winning 28-23 in front of a roaring home crowd at Bobby Dodd Stadium! This is Tech’s first top-5 victory since 2009 against Virginia Tech, and the fans made history by storming the field, taking down the goalpost, and parading it through the streets of Atlanta!

Quarterback Haynes King, a game-time decision, played through injury and led a dominant ground attack that Miami couldn’t stop. Tech controlled the clock, converting 9 out of 14 third downs, and racked up almost 200 rushing yards. Backup QB Aaron Philo also stepped up with a clutch TD pass, and Romello Height sealed the game with a late forced fumble on Miami’s Cam Ward.

Coach Brent Key praised King’s grit and heart, calling it an inspiring performance. Miami’s offense had some big plays, but penalties and missed opportunities cost them, leading to their first loss of the season.
