The Minnesota Lynx defeated the Indiana Fever 108-100 behind a high-powered offensive performance led by Olivia Miles and Courtney Williams.
Miles scored 28 points with six assists and four rebounds, shooting an efficient 11-for-14 from the field and 3-for-6 from three-point range. Williams was just as effective, finishing with 27 points, five assists and four rebounds on 12-for-20 shooting.
Napheesa Collier delivered a strong all-around performance with 18 points, eight rebounds and seven assists, while Natasha Howard added 13 points, five assists, four rebounds and two steals. Kayla McBride contributed 10 points.
Indiana received a huge scoring performance from Kelsey Mitchell, who poured in a game-high 37 points. Mitchell shot 14-for-21 from the field and knocked down six of her eight attempts from beyond the arc.
Caitlin Clark recorded a double-double with 19 points and 10 assists, while Aliyah Boston finished with 15 points, eight rebounds and seven assists. Monique Billings added nine points, and Makayla Timpson contributed seven points, five rebounds and two blocks off the bench.
The Fever had plenty of offensive firepower, but Minnesota answered with production throughout its starting lineup. Miles and Williams combined for 55 points, while Collier’s scoring, rebounding and playmaking gave the Lynx another major advantage.
Minnesota’s balanced attack ultimately proved enough to withstand Mitchell’s 37-point performance and secure the eight-point victory.
