A’ja Wilson Powers Aces Past Sky, 107-99

The Las Vegas Aces defeated the Chicago Sky 107-99 on Sunday behind a dominant all-around performance from A’ja Wilson.

Wilson led Las Vegas with 30 points, 15 rebounds, four steals and three blocks, controlling the game on both ends. Jackie Young added 28 points, eight assists and five rebounds, while Chelsea Gray finished with 18 points, eight assists and six rebounds. Chennedy Carter also gave the Aces 11 points off the bench.

Chicago was led by Azura Stevens and Kamilla Cardoso, who each scored 24 points. Cardoso added eight rebounds, while Stevens had six rebounds and three assists. Sydney Taylor contributed 14 points, and Elizabeth Williams added 10 points off the bench.

The Sky kept the game competitive with strong frontcourt production, but Las Vegas had too much star power late. Wilson, Young and Gray combined for 76 points, helping the Aces close out the eight-point win.
