The Las Vegas Aces earned a convincing 99-84 victory over the Dallas Wings on Thursday night, using a balanced offensive attack and a dominant performance from A’ja Wilson to secure the win.
Wilson led the way with a game-high 32 points and nine rebounds, shooting 12-of-21 from the field while consistently controlling the paint. Jackie Young provided another all-around performance with 20 points, eight rebounds, and six assists, while Chelsea Gray directed the offense with 12 points and nine assists. Cheyenne Parker-Tyus added 13 pointsoff the bench, giving the Aces valuable production from their second unit.
Las Vegas established control early and maintained its lead throughout the contest with efficient scoring and disciplined execution. The Aces capitalized on scoring opportunities in the paint and received contributions from across the roster, preventing Dallas from putting together a sustained comeback.
The Wings were led by Paige Bueckers, who finished with 25 points, six assists, and three steals. Jessica Shepard recorded an impressive double-double with 22 points and 14 rebounds, providing a strong presence inside for Dallas. Awak Kuier chipped in eight points, while Azzi Fudd added seven points.
Dallas struggled to generate consistent offense beyond its leading scorers, as Arike Ogunbowale was held to four pointson 1-of-10 shooting from the field. Despite solid individual efforts from Bueckers and Shepard, the Wings were unable to match Las Vegas’ offensive efficiency.
